Additional options

$350 Food cleanup fee (if you do not have full-service catering, we include this fee. Must include set-up, serving, clean-up and bussing. (This does not include setting up and serving your guests. We do not provide serving utensils, plates, napkins and cutlery). 

*Does NOT include The Bird’s Nest or The Den Suites (Add-on $250 per suite) 
*Please note that your 4-hour package includes total time on property. Gates open 15 minutes prior to your arrival time.  

If you need additional time, extra hours can be purchased for $350 per hour (Max 2)
