Two people…

 In 2015, we stumbled upon what can only be described as a hidden treasure on Richland Chambers Lake — 27 breathtaking acres where cardinals glide through the trees and sunsets melt into the water.
From the very beginning, we knew this land was meant for something special.
We didn’t just want to build a wedding venue. We wanted to create a place where families gather, where lifelong promises are made, and where memories are etched into the shoreline forever.
Today, that dream is Lakefront Acres.
Every corner of our venue was designed with intention — from wide-open lake views to peaceful ceremony spots kissed by golden hour light. This isn’t just a property to us. It’s our labor of love, and we care for it the same way we care for the couples who choose it.

Our Story
We may come from different worlds…
Two different states — California and Texas.
Two different generations — Baby Boomer and Generation X.
Two different working backgrounds — white collar and blue collar.
And yes… more than a few different opinions along the way. 😉
But in May of 2003, we said “I do,” and we’ve been building a life (and now a wedding venue) together ever since.
More than 20 years of marriage has taught us something important:
Love isn’t about being the same.
It’s about choosing each other — every single day.
