Additional options

Linens (Black or White) – $375.00 package rate

Kitchen Usage Fee – $350.00 (if you do not have full-service catering, we include this fee.  Catering required to set-up, serve, clean-up and buss. (This does not include setting up and serving your guests. We do not provide serving utensils, plates, napkins and cutlery). 

Does NOT include The Bird’s Nest or The Den Suites (Add-on $250 per suite)

Please note your 4-hour + package includes total time on property. Gates open 15 minutes prior to your arrival time.
