• 50 Invited Guests 
• 1 Bouquet and 1 Boutonniere (Colors TBD by you) 
• Cake (includes plates, forks & napkins - Basic white cake with white icing) 
• Sweet Tea & Water Station (includes cups & ice) 
• Set Up of Tables and Chairs 
• Caterer’s Prep Kitchen 
• Inside & Outside Bar Options 
• Guest Restrooms 
• Onsite parking available 
• Covered drop off at front door for guests 
• Wheelchair accessible 
• Pets Allowed – during Ceremony 
• Onsite venue manager during rental time (not a day of coordinator) 

$350 Food cleanup fee (if you do not have full service catering, we include this fee.  (This does not include setting up and serving your guests. We do not provide serving utensils, plates, napkins and cutlery). 

*Does NOT include The Bird's Nest or The Den Suites (Add-on $250 per suite) 

*Please note that your 4-hour package includes total time on property. Gates open 15 minutes prior to your arrival time.  

If you need additional time, extra hours can be purchased for $500 per hour (Max 2)
